Having a cold and shouting?

I've gotta bad cold at the moment, and people have noticed that I'm shouting and speaking louder! Also when i'm singing, people have noticed that I'm shouting. Is having a cold related to me shouting?Having a cold and shouting?

Along with your "cold",you may have developed a secondary ear infection,distorting your ability to hear and speak in your "normal" voice.You may need to see your MD for some antibiotics to clear that up ASAP. Middle ear infections require medical attention,and antibiotics. Take care. SW RNP
