Help me with this?

everytime im sick and i throw up i get red dots all over my face but usually only when i vomit.Help me with this?
Those are burst blood vessels close to the skin's surface. They burst from the force of your vomitting. Try to throw up softer, if you can.
If you are vomiting frequently you need medical advice about that...and you can mention the spots too. its probably small blood vessels bursting because of the increase in blood pressure which occurs during vomiting
