as you said : both are bad , but if you have to smoke go for the 1 black mild cigar per day because a pack of cigarettes is worse for sure.
any way smoking is bad to your health more than you can imagine, it produces 4000 harmful chemical fumes dozens of which are proven to be carcinogenic.

A pack of cigarettes is far worse. A "true" cigar smoker inhales very little if any while smoking. Cigars are for flavor.

altho both r bad like u said, i say a pack of cigars a day is WAY more...!! like 20 times worse than a black cigar a day!
