UH ususally it is from to much fruit or he was contsipated for alon time and now his bowels have no control. A colon tack could be in need.
maybe she/he [ you said both] doesnt know the difference of what a toot feels like, and what it feels like to need to use the restroom. either that or uncontrolled bowel problems. if this is sudden, go to the doctor asap.
maybe he is a homo and his butt has been reamed out so he has no more bowel control
tell em to try squeezing them out instead of going for the wall shaker
