Everytime after i eat i get a weird tingly sensation in my jaw and then a sharp quick pain.?

only after i drink like a gallon of water does it go away what can be causing this?Everytime after i eat i get a weird tingly sensation in my jaw and then a sharp quick pain.?
well this could be because of overusiing of muscles in your face especially when eating or you could have damaged bones in your mouth i guess!
I think only a dentist can answer this question. Could be a moulder. See a dentist before the pain gets even worse, unbearable.
