it happens when i walk when you lift up the back so you are on the front part. i am only 14 and like 5'1 and 85 pounds so i am not overweight or old. it doesn't happen everytime and i did not injure itFoot pain where arch meets ball?
Could be a subluxation of the joint (misalignment), a fallen/falling arch, or plantar fascitis (inflammation of the tissue)
You should see your doctor of chiropractic to have an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
You need to see a podiatrist to get this checked out.
its probably no big deal, but if the problem persists for more than a couple of days then you should go to a doctor. you probably overworked your legs and your body is probably repairing itself as you speak. did u work out with wrong form or something. when you work out ur muscles or anypart of you body you actually get weaker. the next day u will feel like **** and everything will hurt. the real work happens after ur done working out. your body realizes that ur hurt and repairs it to its previous state but adds a little bit extra muscle to prepare for the next time u work out. since the area ur talkin bout is a tendon this mite be the case
