For those who have had Lasik?

Those willing to answer. What was the price range that you faced when you had this procedure done, and are there any circumstances where it can be covered by health insurance?
I sit in front of computer screen for 12hrs a day at work and wonder if that may negate the surgery.

Funny u should ask I had this done yesterday. i was terrified but after the procedure was explained i was put at ease. The price here Louisiana was 2500 i am so glad i had it done there is also a Care card you can put it on.and it has up to a 48 month pay. go to www.carecredit.com for info. hope this helps. Insurance will pay if you have severe cateracts.
