Help falling alseep?

i need sleep, but i cant fall asleep. any tips on things that help make you fall to sleepHelp falling alseep?
This is a problem. If you can not go to sleep on a regular basis I suggest seeing your doctor. He/She will be able to prescribe something to take when needed.
As for right now, don't drink coffee or anything containing caffeine at least 4 hours before bed. Limit any strenuous physical activity for 2 hours before bed.

when I was having the same problems
Try warming up milk and drinking(make hot coco) Milk actually has a natural chemical to help you relax when heated.
Deep breathing also helps relax the body, and you might try thinking about something other than your problems.

i have the same problem you do. but mabey your going through a hormone phase if ure a teen. just go something like clean til u get sleepy
