How bad would you rate a tongue piercing?

It's really not bad at all! Especially if you numb your tongue with ice before hand. It's so quick. The pain comes in the days after when your tongue swells and you can't eat anything. But as soon as that's over it's fun to play with in your mouth!
10 on a scale of 10 because the ring will wear down the enamel on the back of your front teeth and they will rot.
it hurts like a b**ch the first week but its totally worth it. When they actually pierce it it can really hurt if they dont numb it but if they do u wont feel it till later..
(and PS^^^ your teeth will not rot. ive had mine for a while)
