Here we go with the tired thing, any ideas for a quick refresh?

Bananas are a good afternoon boost (and my hangover remedy too). The potassium is a quick kick. I also really like Balance Trail Mix bars. Filling and a lot of good things for your metabolism too.
Afternoon naps, if you can take them, are a great way to recharge. The most important thing is to get a good night's sleep (6 to 8 hours), and make sure that your sleep schedule stays as close to the same as possible every night. Once your body has a good sleep schedule, it will be easier to fall asleep and wake up at the correct times, and typically, you will have a better night's sleep.
