Help Me!!!!!!?

Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!?
my sister ate contaminated peanut butter and got salmonella. Where do we report it, because you know how people always have numbers of how many ppl got sick because of this and that? How do we alert those people so that they know she got it too and one person is added to that number of people that ate peanut butter and got sick??? thanks!!
P.S. she didn't go to the doctor because we didn't realize it was salmonella until it was almost gone and she is fine now. But how do we report this?!?Help Me!!!!!!?
Call the local health department. Also, you may want to save the peanut butter jar so that it can be tested to see if it was indeed infested with salmonella and if it was the same strain.
go to the hospital/doctor and report 4 her file of health and the people around.
you can report it to your county's environmental health & safety dept. i have the number to the san diego, ca eh&s dept....
Try these sites.
if its been recent a blood test may show up that she had poisoning
The group in charge of epidemics and maintaining health of Americans is the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). You can give them a call asking them what you should do. Or you can visit their website. Other than that, go to see a doctor and bring the peanut butter jar, sealed with the lid on. They'll be in contact with the proper medical authorities.
