with me when i get a headack i take motrin or advill if that doesn't work maybe you can put a really hot wasahcloth on your head that could work!
get to the doctors ASAP
If your in school go to the nurse. Motrin will probably help you but you'll need to lie down quietly for awhile so it can work.
go to the nurse as soon as possible and then ask for advil like 3. get better!
you may take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for temporary relief, but you need to consult your doctor so you would know what's causing your headaches.

Second: Go to a doctor
see if you can leave early and go see a doctor!
