Do you just take apple cider vinegar pills with a class of water ? Or do you open them.Help please?
just take them with water because the pill casing is designed to dissolve in liquid

You can get the same benefit if you drink a couple tablespoons of apple cider with a tablespoon of honey mixed in a medium glass of lukewarm water. Tastes a lot like apple cider and is much less expensive than the capsules (and more nutritious due to the honey). But to answer your question, swallow the pills whole with water.
