Hand sanitizer kills 99.99% of germs. What would happen if you put it on your face? Lol. Wouldn't it clean your face and rid/prevent breakouts just the same?Hand...i mean FACE Sanitizer...? Read Details?
well, it would majorly dry out your skin because of its alcohol content, but theoretically speaking, it would prevent bacteria. Try mixing a little bit of vinegar with water. The vinegar kills breakout causing bacteria from causing breakouts. Also, tea tree oil is good for the occasional spot to greatly reduce it overnight. Use the vinegar mixture about once a week and put it all over your face. The tea tree oil, just use it in small spots, because it can make your skin dry. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS MOISTURIZE!!
Lots of things are great at killing germs (like, bleach)
Unfortunately, germs aren't simply what cause breakouts. common myth.

please do not do this because hand sanitizer is pure alcohol and it will get into your eyes and burn like hell
