Feeling "gassy" when I sleep over someone else's home?

It's happend to both my BFF's (best friend forever) one is a 24 y/o female, the other a 25 y/o gay male, and myself a 26 y/o female. Why is it that when I sleep over a "friend's" place or even a Hotel room, I tend to feel gassy, I can't sleep, and I have to keep getting up and go to the restroom to sit on the toilet and let the air out. I thought it was just me, but when I asked my closest friends they claim it's happend to them too. How? and Why? does this happend. It can't be what we eat, we all have different taste in foods. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? My friend's and I call it "The Syndrome" lol!Feeling "gassy" when I sleep over someone else's home?
Spastic colon is a condition also referred to as irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS. The condition is characterized by a number of symptoms, including diarrhea or constipation which may even be experienced on an alternating basis. Other symptoms include bloating, abdominal pain, cramping, and excessive gas. Often, these symptoms disappear temporarily after having a bowel movement. Check out this link, there is good information here:

good luck to you!
It's anxiety (stress).
Maybe you eat higher carbs when you are with them.High carbs cause more gas.
This may sound silly, but if you gals are laughing a lot when spending the night over at one another's places, you are swallowing more air, which can make you gassy. And you may be drinking more carbonated beverages than usual, too.
I am dying laughing. never heard of this before, but it will be interesting to see the answers. I can't wait. Ha! Ha! Ha! You have made my day.
