The doctor won't give them to me but i NEED some.Female self catheterization..?

You need to order them from your pharmacy. Take your prescription and go talk to your pharmacist about this. Rubber is easier to take care of.
I don't have a website for you, but here's a little info:
Start with a rubber one - they are recommended for female use.
The extended plastic ended catheters seem to be for use on males ( to pass the pubic bone).
Diameters or catheters are measure in a unit called "frenches". The average adult uses either a 14 or a 12. the smaller the number, the smaller the opening - they run from 5 to 20.
